2 DAYS IN NYC IN 20 PICS

I have more, and will blog some specific observations early next week, but for now…. here’s some of my favorite pics from the last 2 days of my rookie experience in NYC with my dad:
Below you’ll find our water taxi trip to the statue of liberty, skyline shots, the subway, central park, the uptown door of a condo I could live in if God made said I “have to” :), a random newly wed couple kissing on top of Rockefeller Center that should be in a disney film, and the skyline at sunset/dusk from the same building.

  1. HOLY COW!!!! These pictures are AMAZING!! Surely these will be framed or sent to a magazine!:) Nice work. Glad you had a great time!

  2. Wow, great pic’s!! I agree they should be in a magazine, especially the one of the couple kissing..what a moment to capture. I’ve always wanted to visit NYC, this makes me want to even more!

Are you sure you’re not really a photographer! You have amazing talent. Looks like you and Ken had a wonderful trip, so glad for you both!

#1 glad you got to go

#2 jealous of time you had with your pops

#3 the wooden escalator is best pic!

  5. I know it’s probably not going to garner much sympathy since I’ve posted pictures of passing through Amsterdam, London and Paris in the past 2 years, but I have to say I am really jealous of a trip to New York. There’s just nothing like the USA. In my heart, personally I’d still rather travel the US than travel the world. One day, hopefully. Thanks for sharing such great pictures – I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed it. Weird that seeing pictures of New York makes me miss ‘home’, even though I’ve never been there and it’s nothing like any ‘home’ I’ve lived in! P.s. There is a ‘Swatch’ store in Paris too. Funny.
